A leading multi-channel e-commerce integration and fulfilment provider required automation of inventory, sales orders, shipping and invoice flows between CommerceHub and NetSuite. Manual data entry across both systems was creating errors and operational delays at volumes of 100 to 300 transactions per day.

A cloud-native solution was built on the Dell Boomi integration platform using EDI and XML data formats. All Atom development and management is performed in the cloud with no on-premise software required. CommerceHub requests now automatically trigger inventory, sales order, shipping and invoice updates in NetSuite in real time.
