We need Sr. Engineers / Engineers to work for a Australian customer from India in AUS time zone.
And requirement is immediate.
Role : Senior Data Engineer / Data Engineer
Must Have Skills:
• Exposure to ETL and data visualization tools like Power BI
• Good experience in Python and SQL scripting , query optimization
• Building tools or automations to process data files into data hub in the Cloud [ Azure ]
• Hands-on experience in Azure HDInsight / Hadoop
• Activity Reporting/Repository: Jira, Confluence
• Good knowledge of data ingestion – especially ingestion patterns and batch ingestions
• Ability to understand business data needs and build data solutions accordingly
• Knowledge of Teradata or Oracle DB
Desired Skills:
• Experience in banking domain highly preferred
• Spark, PySpark
• Optional – Stream ingestion using Spark Streaming – with knowledge of Kafka and the Spark Streaming and writing jobs in Scala.
