Senior Network Engineer.

Required skills

1. Fluent in handling IT technical issues such as Active Directory, hardware, applications SharePoint, network etc..
2. English/Arabic speaking skills
3. . Good communication skills
4. Planning: Conducts short- and long-term planning to meet network requirements.
5. .Network System Design and Implementation: Designs and implements network systems.

Roles:

1. Monitor and support technical Data center
2. Follow up on all help desk issues forwarded by NW head or IT Manager.
3. Advise NW team on appropriate action.
4. Provide third line technical support. The second line support embraces attending and resolving users’ related issues such as network, PC/laptop OS, printing, email, share-point.
5. Ensure to respond to all enquiries from NW head or IT manager .
6. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention as per workflow process.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Prepare activity reports and update Knowledge database every week.
9. Support ITA in new infrastructure setup & upgrade

10. Qualifications Required:
11. in Information Technology or any other related field.
